Meeting her for the first time.
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old FemaleSo I'm Alyssa, and my Girlfriends name is Ashleigh, we have been dating long distance for a couple weeks, and are meeting saturday for the first time, I'm extremely nervous, and I was wondering, what can I do to take away the nerves? And whats some good flirting advice?
Thanks a ton.
RomanceClass.com AdviceMeeting in person for the first time, especially after being close on the internet/phone, is bound to make you feel jittery. She is probably nervous too. Make sure you have a plan to do something fun together to take the pressure off - go bowling, roller skating, go for a walk, see a movie, or grab some ice cream together. Hopefully as you spend personal time with each other, the nervousness will fade and you can just enjoy each other's company.
If you want to work on being calmer before you meet her, try doing some breathing/relaxation exercises (look them up online), drink some soothing herbal tea, meditate or pray, and try to remember that your girlfriend already likes you, so you have nothing to prove. Good luck!
