Having a Long Distance Relationship

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I met this guy in April of this yr and we became friends, he lives an hr away so i only see him on his off days. Well in Sep we started having sex and that is when I feel in love. At first I thought that the first night would be the last, but he called me and we talked three hours two nights later about nothing and the calls and the visits continues. When he is here I started to feel something and the need to have him.

Well two weeks ago I found out that he was leaving. He is getting out of the military and he is going home to Va and that is when my heart crashed. I have never expressed how I feel about him and now i know that I can not, so what do I do. I feel that whatever I say to him will not change his mind, all his family is there.

Long distance relationships are VERY common! Why not give it a try? I have a lot of advice here -

You can always visit on weekends, and who knows, if things really seem to work out, one of you might be willing to move to be with the other. But build up that relationship first!
