He Is the One
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Femalehow do i deal with knowing he's the one but not wanting to tell him yet if its too soon?

There are MANY many partners for each of us and it's up to us to choose which style of person we want to make things work with. Another critical thing you learn when dating someone is that NO person is perfect. If you really are thinking he is "The One" then it sounds like you are early into the relationship and still have your rose-colored glasses on. ALL (or just about all) dates seem perfect in the beginning. Then you get your dose of reality and realize he is a jerk many times. And then you settle into a general understanding of his good and bad points, and come to accept them all. But it's not that you think he's "the one". It's that you come to understand that, even though he is hugely flawed, you feel that together you can make this work.
So enjoy your flood of love right now, but realize that it is a normal part of the stages of relationships. Don't be distraught when you eventually realize he is NOT the One but he is a Good Guy. It's at that point that you and he can start talking about how, despite the things that bug you to no end, you think that you can get things to work out well.
