I am 16 and I have never kissed, and I want to but how do I kiss and how do I approach I am her first boyfriend???? Help me here plz

You don't just leap into this. Start by kissing her cheek hello and goodbye. Many friends do that. Then each time just kiss more towards the lips. Finally you'll be kissing briefly on the lips. Then each time just do it for longer and longer.

Kissing isn't a science. It is finding out what YOU like and what SHE likes. Every single person likes to kiss differently. So you need to go slowly and get feedback from her. That is the single most important thing to learn about kissing. It's not about attacking her with a technique. It's learning what she enjoys.
