The Proper Way to Hug

What is the proper way to hug? Do you put your head on the left or the right? Where do you put your arms?

Next you'll be asking the proper way to kiss! There IS no proper way to hug. Hugging and kissing are intimate acts between two human beings. Every single human being is different. Some people like gentle, soft hugs. Some like strong bear hugs. Some like delicate, tender hugs. Some like snuggly hugs. Some like hugs with the arms around the neck. Some like hugs with arms around the waist. Some like hugs with one arm in each spot. Some like hugs with hands just on the hips.

I think you get the point. What is important is what feels good to YOU and what feels good to your partner. Try out different ones. Make it a game! Try a different hug every day and give it a new name, the "eskimo hug", the "French hug" etc. Rate each type from 1-10 and see which you two love the best.
