Things Are Falling Apart
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old FemaleJust a few days ago my boyfriend was real over-protective and kinda jealous. And i hate it, but now all of a sudden it's like he doesn't even worry about the things that i am doing, which makes me feel like he doesn't care.
And even thought when he is having doubts about me, I constantly feel like I'm in someone's court room, at least I will know that he is thinking about me, even if it is in a wierd way. And also lately we have been arguing alot, and I don't feel like we are going to make it. And he is the most hardest person to talk to..........
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
RomanceClass.com AdviceFirst off, NEVER confuse jealousy and arguing for affection and attention!! If the only type of attention you are getting and you crave is the negative kind, the relationship is going to self destruct quickly. That kind of behavior leads to more negative behavior, which leads to more negative behavior, which leads to a breakup.
You want GOOD attention and love. And that is what you should get - and should give. You say he's hard to talk to - but that is your role. Your role as girlfriend is to talk to him. You out of ANYONE should find a way to do this. Why won't he talk to you? Because he doesn't trust you? If so then this is one of the keys of what your problems are. A relationship is 100% about trust and honesty. If that trust is missing, nothing else can work.
So sit down with him. I have advice here -

and really talk. Talk talk talk. I can't give you long distance advice on this if you can't even talk with him. It is your responsibility as his girlfriend to DO this, and only you can actually achieve it.
