PMS and Break Ups

I was pmsing really badely, and i was acting like a real b*tch to my ex (2 n a half months), so we ended up breaking up, i broke up with him, but then i begged him to get back together with me, and he did, and then he broke up with me about 5 minutes later, and then i begged him again, we got back together, and then 10 minutes later he broke up with me AGAIN, and then i begged him AGAIN and we got back together, and that night he was trying to hook-up with one of my really good friends, and then he broke up with me that night and told everyone that he didnt love me anymore and stuff like that, but then he always stared at me during our clases together and stuff, for about a week after we broke up i left him these long messages of me crying and stuff, and then i didnt talk to him for like a week and then after that week he talked to me again, and then after about a week of us talked he complety over reacting to me asking how "how is life" and then he told me "just leave me alone and get the f*ck out of my life" so i did but i want him back, how would i be able to get him back? should i like leave him alone for a month n then ask him out again? i dont know what to do. All i do is think about him, he is the only thing on my mind, he won't get off my mind. I am so incredibly heartbroken and i miss him so much.

First thing you should do is look into the way you act during PMS. Some woment have violent mood swings that can be kept in check with medication. Try visiting your doctor and talking to him/her.

In terms of your boyfriend, just act like there is no problem and go about your day. Eventually, it will drive him nuts because he will be expecting you to act the way you are and then eventually he will contact you.
