I Cheated and then Lied

I started going out with this girl i liked. Then about 2 days later my ex wanted to talk i went over and there was one kiss. I never told my current girlfriend about it but my ex was mad that i wouldnt go back out with her after she dumbed me so she told. I am glad that she told her. But my current girlfriend said she was mad about me not saying anything and lying because she asked once if i did anything with anyone. But i said no not wanting to confess. But my girlfriend said she "forgave" me to a point. And well i feel horrible about it every minute of the day but i would like to know is there a way i can earn her trust back? I really like her i would go as far as saying i love her.

This goes to show just how damaging a lie can be. If she can't even trust you about one kiss, how can she trust you to ever admit anything more serious? You always have to put honest before anything else, if you want a relationship to work.

I have a ton of tips on the site about rebuilding trust. It won't just happen. It will take a lot of serious effort, to prove that you really have learned a lesson here. You have to work on it daily.
