i've been dating this girl for about 5 months now and at the begaining I told her I was a man. But i'm not, i'm a women and we both have falling in love with one another. But she fell in love him A man she thinks. I want to tell her the truth. But i'm scared she will leave me and hate me for ever for this.

One of the most important things any relationship can have is honesty. To start it with lies is a REALLY really bad thing. The sooner you admit the truth, the better. You are going to have to do a LOT of explaining and apologizing for betraying her like this. Time will tell if she will forgive you enough to move forward - but the important step right now is to tell the truth. The longer you wait, the less chance she'll ever forgive you.
