I Love Him - He Thinks I'm Annoying

ok theres this i guy i like, he liked me for a while but then i guess he thought i got to obsessed with him. i do still like him. but he is telling everyone im annoying. what do i do to make him like me again?

You can't make someone like you. Never, ever. The point of a relationship is that two people voluntarily want to spend time with each other.

What you CAN do is to stop acting in a way that he finds annoying :) Be friendly, but casual. Flirt with him but also flirt with his friends. Show him that you are a fun person to be with, not a leech. He might decide that maybe he'd been mistaken about his ideas.
