Hi I am really confused i really like someone and he told me he loved me but i dont know. he goes out with someone but he still looks at me. i try not to pay attention to him but i cant help it

he cheated on me at one point but he said sorry and even sung a song to me he said we would always be but i am still young and he abuses me he goes with someone but he knows we are meant to be

whwn will he see i am a very jealous person and hes friend says he gets jealous when he sees me with someone. are we meant to be or should i move on .
