RomanceClass.com AdviceI would REALLY recommend not having sex with this guy if he is out playing the field. He sounds like the reason he broke up was not because he was unhappy with you. He likes you quite fine and is still paying attention to you. It was because he wanted to be free to see OTHER women too. So he is keeping you around on the side as a backup measure in case he doesn't happen across someone else interesting.
So if he's now sleeping around, you can get some serious diseases by staying sexual with him! I'm not just talking about pink and purple spots, I'm talking about things that kill you.
Sure, you can stay his best friend if you want. Have fun together, go to movies together. But if he wants to SLEEP with you, he should make a commitment that it will be only you, i.e. he should date you again. To do otherwise shows no respect for you at all, to say that your health means so little to him that he'd expose you to the random nasties that he picked up during his explorations.
