I "kinda" cheated while on break by messing

Hi, my name is XXX. I was dating this girl for one year and three months up until about one month ago. I am 18 and she is 17. I started really taking her for granted. She always helped me when I needed it and was always there for me but I started straying away. I took a few breaks from her and during all this I didn't know how much I was hurting her. I "kinda" cheated while on break by messing with a girl's breast and I told her about this about 3 weeks ago. Then we decided to mutually break things off. I now know how much I love and need her and would like advice on how to get her back. She took me back two days ago and then I called her one day and couldn't find her, and I overreacting and accused her with being with someone else. I know I have an issue with trust but I would like you to please help me to get her love and trust back. I really love her and I know she still loves me. Is there a chance?
