Can a lovebite on the breast be dangerous? I have heard that it can cause clots or something in the breast if the blood vessels are broken.

Do you mean a hickey? A hickey is a bruise and bruises are damaged blood vessels. That's not a good thing no matter where you do it. It's not really better or worse in any given location.
