Scared of Showing Emotions

If the one you loved knows he still loves you, but he acts scared and distant because he thinks i do not love him anymore and i am scared also to express my feelings, what should i do? I keep hearing through the grapevine that he is still on me too.

If you guys want to really make this work - maybe the best possible proof that you CAN get it to work is to start with a brave leap of faith. You sense that you both want this. So arrange a quiet meeting with him. And then suggest that you give it a try. What could you lose? If he says no, you're no worse off. But if he says yes, you will have proven that you can tackle even the tough issues.
