He's married, but does he love me?

OK here is goes. I have a boyfriend. And my coworker is married. He knows I have a boyfriend...But when I talk to him, he always goes red, like he is embarrassed to talk to me. I go red too. but he knows I like him. I work in a nursing home, and he is a coworker of mine. Whenever I am alone he tries to come up to me and talk to me. Sometimes he makes up stupid excuses to talk to me too. about my work and the residents I work with. Then goes on about outside work conversations. He is in a higher position then me, and cannot be too forward. So unlike other guys that will come out and say anything, he doesn't, he is shy and watches out for his job. IM not sure if he likes me or not. One day we were talking and I told him I might break up with my boyfriend cause I don't see him alot.. and then I asked him if it was wrong to cheat on him and he said "some people do" Sometimes when im walking down the hallway and he knows im behind him, he will turn around and chat. When im standing somewhere, he gets really close and I get so embarrassed. Sometimes if im walking somewhere, he will see where im going, and without him knowing that I know, he will follow me to chat. would these be signs that he likes me?

Yes, it sounds like he has feelings for you, and it also sounds like he wants to stay on the right side of the line and not carry it further. But then his feelings kick in, and he wants to be near you and wants to carry on useless conversations with you so that he can be near you.

HOWEVER, since nothing has started yet, I think it would be best if you continue doing nothing. No good will come of it if you break up their marriage or your relationship with your boyfriend to pursue this.

Refocus on your boyfriend and see if it's a relationship you want to continue or not, but don't allow this coworker to interfere with your thinking.
