I'm going with a man who's married.
Visitor's Question from a 41-50 year old Femalei going with a man who's married. we've been together now for 3 mos,he's a work alcoholic and sometimes does hard to deal with. He's been calling me often because he hadn't had time to come by. i don't know if i should be patient and wait and see what happens or let go. i've ask him wether he wants me in his life and his answer is yes. what should do i really have feelings for him and he for me. we didn't plan for the feelings to get to where they are now.
RomanceClass.com AdviceFirst, you know that going with a married man will only lead to heartache. Either yours or his wife's or both. Although you two have feelings for one another, you might want to consider that being with a married man is not a long-term choice you will be happy with. You're better off finding someone unattached who can be completely yours instead of someone who is fractured into two lives.
Since you're just in the start of this relationship, the pain of breaking up will be much less than if you continue for months or years. Keep him as a friend, and keep the memories of the good times, and move on to someone who will be all yours.
Good luck, let us know how it goes.
