how do i ask him out

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
how do i ask him out if i dont know if he likes me and how do we become more then friends and move on to boyfriend/girlfriend and the thing is i read the tips on both and me and him are going to see a movie harry potter 3 but our friend is coming with us and i really want to go out with him and everytime i see him i just want to tell him i like him and kiss him on the lips but something very strong inside of me holds me back what is it and thnk u for taking your time out from your life to try to help me and other trouble teens we need more people like that in our community.

You're doing all the right things. I know it's hard to hold back but I think it's best if you don't just suddenly haul off and kiss this guy with no forewarning or idea whether he'll like it or not.

Give it some more time. Enjoy each other's company and get to know each other more. If it's the right thing, then it will develop automatically and he will be the one kissing YOU!
