I don't know how to get through to him

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
The guy I like is a very solemn person and I don't know how to get through to him. I never get to talk to him alone and when I do he looks uncomfortable or like I'm about to drop a bomb on him! I really want to break the ice between us but we never get past the awkward stage. How can I get through to him?

It comes down to being friendly with your guy, slowly increasing your friendliness with him as he warms up. If he's a shy guy, then this is uncomfortable but wonderful for him, and it just requires patience on your part while he gets used to the idea of someone liking him.
