I would like to meet her sometime in the future but im worried about asking her
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old MaleI recently met a girl on the internet we have chatted for a while and talked about our intrests etc. I would like to meet her sometime in the future but im worried about asking her in the event I scare her off. How would I go about trying to move our relationship forward from just internet friends to a better friendship or real life friendship?
RomanceClass.com AdviceSwitching from online to real life is always a risky thing for both people.
If you ask her, it shouldn't frighten her off, she can always say no. Or no, not yet. Or whatever she wants. But I don't think that it'll cause her to stop talking with you, because it's flattering to her that you want to know her more.
The best way to do it is to meet in some public place -- a pizza shop, a donut shop, a fast food shop, you get the idea. Set a time where you have the afternoon open, check out when the movies are in case you decide to do that, find some activity nearby like minature golfing or billiards. There's so much you can do that will give you a chance to learn what each other is like in real life.
Good luck!
