I still love him and can't get over him

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I dated this guy for like 8 months and things started to kinda ruin the relationship we had. Not calling as much, trust, communication. But I had found out he was messing around on me, so i had to end it. Two years pass and even though that happen I still love him and can't get over him and I dont know why?. This past December I receive a call, he wanted to see me and to see how I was doing? We hungout and those feelings for him were more intense we started to talk on the phone again and when things seem to right for me thats when something goes wrong, I call him and it sounds like theres alot of people around him. come to find out he was dating someone.

A month ago my cell phone rings and it was him. He apoligizes for treating me like that and I flat out told him that was messed up of him.After a long conversation and the nice person I am and the feelings i have for him, I agreed to see him.It was nice to see him, but this time hes honest and tells me everything, he tells me there could be a chance that him and his ex could get back together and that she is pregnant.so i'm like what the @$*%. So i dont know what to do, cause i love him and told him that i want to be with him and I will always have feelings for him. I havent talked to him since but hes still in my mind.

You will always have feelings for him. Fortunately, you are strong enough to keep away from him despite it. I know how hard it is to let go, and frequently people return again and again to painful relationships because of the feelings they have. It's never a good idea.

I recommend that you find someone new and simply understand that you'll always feel that way toward your ex-. And that you can still find new happiness with someone who will care for you and respect you as you deserve.
