I have braces and so does my girlfriend. Do they really mess it all up like you hear?

Are you asking if kissing with metal braces is difficult because they will locked? If you kiss correctly, no. You kiss with your lips do not touch teeth. You may have to be extra careful because of the braces. Just to be sure, ask your dentist.
