I'm 13 but i like this boy who is 12 and im not quit sure if he likes me but he is always messing with me and like grabbing my arms and wrists and somtimes my hands he would only grabe my hand for a sec. but he is all ways pulling my hair and chasing me around. Dose he like me or not?

If he does like me should i go out with him he is 1 year younger then me.

Please answer my questions.

It does sound like he likes you. Boys that age show their attraction by doing stuff like that.

In terms of going out with him, it depends on what you mean. If you wanna hang out at the mall and go to movies and play video games, sure. But if you are thinking of really starting to date, he may not be as mature as you are and not really know how to handle it.

Take it as it comes and invite him over (with your parents permission) to watch a video or something.
