Does He Like Me?

I like this guy i mean we are very good friends we talk alot and we chat with each other everyday but the problem is that he likes someone else. The worst part is that this girl he likes is the girl i hate the most but i think he likes me even though he says he likes this other girl because everytime we talk he talks to me like if he liked me he talks to me sweet but i just daont understand his feelings. What should i do? i dont know if i should tell him how i feel because i am scared that he will say that he likes but just as a friend. PLEASE HELP ME

you shouldn't ever just ask someone, it puts them on the spot. Obviously he DOES like you because he talks to you and flirts with you. He likes the other girl too. So he gets to flirt with you both without having to choose. A lot of young guys like this, it gives them the fun of flirting without the stress of having to choose just one girl.
