Okay i think im in love with a 20 year old and i think he likes me but i am not sure because his friends always stare at me when hes not in the room and when i see him he always smile or soften his voice when i come around he always at stange around me and my mom what does this mean?

It sounds like he likes you. You could just ask him and find out. He sounds shy if he acts strange around your Mom. When you are with his friends, try to join in the conversation until they feel more comfortable with you.
