Obsessed with a guy

How do you know if you are unhealthly obsessed with a guy? I think I am and I know I wouldn't be able to get help from a psychiatrist cause the closest one is 3 hrs away. And I don't have a school psychiatrist. How could I help myself.

Sure, you will daydream about him a lot and that is normal. If you feel the need for counseling, talk with friends, your mother, a religious advisor, your
school nurse, or a favorite teacher.

My guess based on what you said is that you may be obsessed with this boy. But, this is not unusual in the beginnings of love.
