Dissatisfied with love life

I been with my lover for a long time, and since the begin i wasnt really satisfied with the sexcual aspect of the relationship. I decided to rough it out but now its like im ready to give up, i just havent felt fully satisfied. Im asking can you all could give me any advice for what to do about me not being satisfied? i really want to be with my lover but that one part is just missing. help please

I can't answer this question except by referring you. You should report this to your doctor or gynecologist. A second option is to go to a sex therapist.
