Skin bouncing back up

after having sex for the fist time can the thin skin bounce back up, because ive been told it can, but i thought once it breaks it stays broken

I've never heard of the hymen "unbreaking" but given the great variety of the human body, I suppose it is possible for it appear to have done that.
