Where are we in our relationship?
Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male---she 14|me 13|both in 8th grade---
I have a list of things that have been happening lately can you tell me where we are in our relatonship
-We got our school pictures backs and i asked for one
she said okay. I said "mine's horrible" and she said "No it looks nice" (and i know it looked horrible because even my parents laughed at it :)
so does that mean anything
-Also when we hug each other lately shes been the first to do it
-I want to start kissing but when i asked her she said "wait a little while" i still feel stupid about asking and i don't want to put her under more pressure and ask again. And if i kiss her on the cheek or forehead i feel i'm violating her wishes. And i want my first kiss to be where we kiss each other not just me kissing her.
-When i asked her if we are friends or boyfriend/girlfriend it was like pulling teeth to get an answer from her, and i don't think she was going to answer. But eventually she said "we are friends (my name)" and that could be a real answer but could it be she was to embarassed to say anything else.
She said she wasen't boy crazy(on a diferent day, not in relation to what i just wrote) does that mean i won't have a chance on being anything more than friends
RomanceClass.com AdviceIt sounds like your relationship is progressing fine toward what you want. She is not as ready as you are but not too far behind you. Just give her time, continue being her good freind and hugging. Wait a month and then ask again if you can kiss her.
Best of luck,
George
