what EXACTLY happens when a hymen breaks? I was fingering my Gf the other night and i felt it break, but what exactly goes on, and what are the effects?

The hymen is a thin membrane which may be broken by intercourse, or even sports. When you broke it, it was a perfectly natural event and there are no effects.
