Can't go out

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
Okay there is a girl that i !!!REALLY!!! like, she is 14 i'm 13 we go to the same school in 8th grade. We are good friends and are hugging (no kissing she doesn't want to)
What my question is i want to ask her out to a movie or something.
Easy Right?
1 problem
My parents are dead against dating they think that i should even have a friend thats a girl. They don't even know about this. I don't even know when i am allowed to like a girl. And if i ask, i might as well be saying "hey i got a girlfriend can i ask her out". And i can't even try to do it behind there backs because they would have to drive me there, they will have to know where i am, and chances are they won't let me be alone there (or with friends) they would have to watch me like a little baby.

Unfortunately there is no good answer for your question. You need to respect your parents feelings and that means no dating. And, I suspect your friend's parents feel the same way. So, in the meantime you will have to settle with seeing her school and building up a good friendship so when 9th grade comes perhaps your parents will be ready to let you date.
