Strong feelings for his best friend's girlfriend

my question is how do i tell my best friend that im starting to like his girlfriend the more me and her hang out with eachother? i mean she calls me and talks to me more then she does with him and i go up to see her more the he does but anyways wat should i do?

Just tell it to him straight out and promise to back off if he has a problem with it. He will, no doubt, talk about it with his girlfriend and between the three of you, you will figure it out. This is not an unusual problem, BTW.
