Tell her you like her

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I know this girl who i met a few summers ago. We talk online and i really like her, but i dont think she likes me. i know she used to. The other day she asked me if i used to like her. is this a gesture in any way. The one problem is she lives very far away from me. probably about 45 minutes away. What should i do???
