Girl appreciation day

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I'm in a Club at school and we have to give a flower to a girl for ladies appreciation day. How can I give a flower to my girl- friend while letting her know that were just friends?

The only ways I can think of is to tell her or to attach a note to the flower explaining.
