Not sure if she still likes him

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I was going out with her for 6 weeks, or at least i thought so. It was never really clear whether we were friends-with-benefits or boyfriend-girlfriend. I made a mistake while drunk and she got mad, but i'm not sure if it was an official breakup. i love her more than anything and i swrote a thoughtful letter and gave her a gift, which was something wshe always wanted. How do i tell her that i want to be together, because i'm not tsure if she still likes me

One way is to openly and honestly ask her that question. It will clear the air and you won't have to wonder and agonize over it. Another way is to just act as if she still loves you and see what happens... you will find out your answer quickly enough.
