23 year old attracted to 43 year old

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I am a 23 year old woman who is attrached to a man that is 43 and married with children. I am engaged, but every day that I see him the need for me to tell him how I am feeling gets stronger. I have accepted a new position at another company, should I tell him how I am feeling before I leave? Or just leave.
