Friends stab the boyfriend in the back
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old MaleWell this is the story, I dated this girl for about a month. Then we broke up and I got close to another girl. Then I realized that this other girl wasn't what I expected, so although we never dated, we hung out often. So then I decided not to hang out with her anymore just so she gets the clue that I didn't want more. So it's been like 3 months since I broke up with my ex and then it hit me...I missed her so much. So I got back together with my ex for the second time and it lasted for about a month again. But she broke up with me because her friends didn't approve of me b/c they thought that I wasn't good enough for her. She didn't believe this at first, but as time went on, she even admits that her friends got to her and she couldn't take it anymore. So she tells me that she doesn't like me, but one of her closest friends says that my ex does like me. It's been about a month and a half now and I'm still crazy about her, but she doesn't want to start anything or tell me how she feels because her friends would get mad at her and it would just be a huge drama. So what should I do in this situation???
RomanceClass.com AdviceIf the girl cared enough about you, she would stand up for you in front of her friends. She must be very shallow to put you aside just because of hearsay. My advice is to dump her to her face. Tell her you do have feelings for you but you are going to put them aside because of her behavior. That should clear things up and you can find someone else. Many fish in that sea!
Good luck,
George
