Girl is quiet and hard to approach

The girl I like i so hard to figure out, she's quiet and hard to approach. I need any advice, she's really special and i want to keep this one.

Send or give her some flowers (not roses) and a note explaining how you feel and that you wish you get to know her better. This might work, everyone likes flowers because the flowers make the person feel better.
