If a guy constantly tries to touch a girl's butt with objects without using their hand to be disrespectful, and touches their face with his entire hand in a soft and gentle probing motion, what does that mean? Is he flirting or is he horny?

He's definitely flirting, and his body contact with you is rather excessive. He shouldn't be pushing things into your rear end!! That's just as bad as pushing things into your breasts. If you don't mind the flirtation then I suppose you could enjoy it and flirt right back, but if this is just a casual friend I might ask him to back off a bit. Your body is your own, and it's not there for guys to play with when they feel like it ...
