I have this girl that i like thats has a boyfriend already but i just want to become friends first. i've been trying to talk to her but i'm always doing the talking and she never asks me anything what should i do.

Keep trying. Sometimes it takes a while for the other person to open up. Also, she may not feel comfortable talking with you while she has a boyfriend.
