It's been like a month and a half ever since my X girl has been going out with another boy. The thing is that we didn't break up. We just decided to be friends.We never went out to the movies or dated.Even though she has a boyfriend, she still tries to go to the movies with me. Now we just talk on the phone like once every three weeks.Her boyfriend is in the 8th grade and she's in 7th grade. I'm also in the 8th grade. Since Valentines Day is coming, and I know she still wants to be friends with me, I was just thinking about asking her why she decided to just be friends. At the same time trying not to interfere with her relationship. But I never told her that I just wanted to be friends first then later go out in high school. She's the finest girl in the school and I'm the finest boy in the school. But I hardly ever get a chance to see her in school cause were in seperate grades.How can I talk to her convincing her to try going out with me later on?
