How can I start up a relationship again?

I lik this grl, we went out b4 but the only reason was cus i made a bet wit a friend.The only reason 4 her was cus her friends pressured her.Now we dont speak.How can i start to form our relationship again. i also said some really harsh stuff cus she said that i was immature.
