She's worried because he is dating his ex
Visitor's Question from a 41-50 year old FemaleMy fiancee is seeing his ex-girlfriend/landlady once a week to 'maintain the friendship'. He takes her out for dinner and a movie. He is a truck driver and only home 3 nights a week. I think this is too often and it seems like a 'date' to me. He leaves me alone on this night to take her out. He claims she is his best friend and he doesn't want to lose her friendship. I think he should reduce this to once every two weeks and take his 12 year-old daughter with him as a chaperone, then to me it will seem less like a date. He thinks I'm being unreasonable. What do you think ?
RomanceClass.com AdviceYes, it is unreasonable for him to spend so much quality time with his ex. If you push the issue, however, you may find that you are the ex. So take it easy but continue to make your point that he should cut back on his relationship with his ex.
Good luck,
George
