Does he like me or does he feel sorry for me?

I like this a lot. He tells his friends that the only reason he go out with me is because he felt sorry for me, but he tells me that the reason he goes out with me is because he likes me. Does he rreally like or does he feel sorry for me?

It's probably a mixture of the two.

He possibly started going out with you because he felt sorry for you, but once he got to know you he is going out with you because he likes you.

Whatever it is, enjoy it. You might want to tell him that you don't like it when he tells his friends he went out with you because he felt sorry for you.
