I want to surprise my girlfriend with a special gift that she'll really love. I want her to be surprised. What should I get her?

Suggest you go to http://www.google.com and search under "girlfriend special gift" you will get over 600,000 hits and some of them looked very promising to me (I only looked at about 20 hits).

Check that out and you are sure to get some good ideas.
