Is it ok for a boyfriend of 3 yrs to give his phone number a way to a girl? I have been dating him for 3 yrs and I was shocked when he told me he gave this girl his phone number...I feel awful and embarrassed by his actions. what do I do?

The best you can do is try to figure out why he would do such a thing.

Make sure he has given his best explanation of why he did it and see if it makes any sense to you. I imagine you have already done this but I mention it just in case.

Maybe she asked him for his number and he just felt awkward refusing to do it. Hopefully he told her about you so there is no confusion on that point.

If she calls, ask him to tell her again about you and that she shouldn't call anymore because it isn't fair to you.
