Is he waiting for a kiss? Why hasn't he done it by now? His girlfriend is always there

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Thanks alot for all of the advice that you have given me in the past. Thanks for taking the time to help us kids out with our problems!

The guy that I like hangs out with me all the time. We flirt all the time. (HE IS THREE YEARS OLDER THAN ME BUT LIKE A BROTHER SO I DONT THINK IT'S BAD INTENTIONS) When we hang out he sits really close even if he doesn't have to ( if there is more room on the sofa ) When we talk he is always looking at my mouth and teeth. (*I have nice white teeth so it can't be that there ugly*) He always smiles but doesn't say much. When he catches me doing the same we just laugh. This has happened a few times. Is he waiting for a kiss? Why hasn't he done it by now? His girlfriend is always there but he pays more attention to me and lets his friends flirt and hang out with his girlfriend. Can you see the problem? Should I go for the kiss and see what happens or should I wait it out (even though it's really hard to wait.)

THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP
GOD BLESS

He has a girlfriend!

You need to ask him what's going on. Tell him you'd be happy to kiss him but not while he has a girlfriend. So he is going to have to tell her to move along or he needs to stop flirting with you.

But, this is your decision to make so just take my advice as a suggestion.

Good luck to you!
George
