all my friends say he likes me from the way they catch him staring at me all the time
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old FemaleThere's a guy who works at my school, he's no teacher or anything he works on the computers and other technological things. He is just turning 21 and I'll be turning 16 in a few months, all my friends say he likes me from the way they catch him staring at me all the time. I help out with the computers and other tech stuff during my study hall time, which requires me being by him for at least 1hr of my day every day. He has tried to talk to me befor and has told me stories about different thing's he's done, I'm just to shy around him to carry the convo very long... I wrote him a note in november telling him I liked him a lot and that I understand about his job and everything and how it might make things difficult. After he read it we ran into each other and he gave me a huge smile and started asking me how I was doing. He's a person who likes to keep to them selves and doesn't like having there personal bubble invaded unless he says it is alright, but he can be pretty outgoing as well, he likes to go to concerts, haunted trails ect. Anyways towards the end of the year he still hadn't told me how he felt about me, things were the same as they had always been. I still noticed him staring at me, now more then ever so I asked my friends if I should write him another note. So I did asking him to write me or tell me his feelings, that's when he started to avoid me I don't know if it was on perpouse but I'm pretty sure it was, I started to get very upset thinking I had made a mistake and that I knew better. Which I think he could sence because after 3 days he stopped avoding me and things got back to normal. I even noticed him not having a problem standing close to me and looking at me when he was talking to the other technological adviser. I don't have that much confidence in my self.... so I can't just go up to him and start flirting, I am better on the phone then in words but I'm to scared to give him my number since he never confronted me about the second note. Should I give him my number and tell him I would just like to talk? Or should I not give him my number and see how things go? And from what I have said do you think he likes me? Please let me know your feelings from what I have said, I need the advice from someone who doesn't know me and will not just say what I want to hear but maybe what I need to hear. Thank you!
