He keeps bringing up memories and when he talks to me he keeps looking into my eyes

Me and my ex began as friends first and then he decided to make a move and I really liked him so we began dating. We were together for 9 months and then in January he all the sudden broke up with me. I thought I had moved on and gotten over him, but lately I am not so sure. We barely spoke for the last six weeks but now he is now sending me instant messages on the computer, inviting me over to his house again, we even went out to dinner with his family after church the other night like we used to all the time. He keeps bringing up memories from when we were together and when he talks to me he keeps looking into my eyes like he did when we were together. My question is do you think he wants me back?

It certainly does seem like he wants to get back together.

Why not be upfront about it and just ask him what he is feeling.

You could even go first and tell him you are getting those old feelings again.
