i think my boyfriend is cheating on me
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Femalei think my boyfriend is cheating on me. today he kept on making plans to see me. he told me that we couldnt see eachother tonight because he had to go to his daughter's back to school night. i said okay and he said we would meet around lunchtime. until 1:30 everything seemed fine and that he would see me. then he calls and tells me he wouldnt make it. we didnt to see eachother last night either. so i checked to see if schools in his area even opened yet. they dont open tomorrow. having back to school night before school opens is kinda wierd. well he did call and apologize that he wasnt able to see me but my heart didnt want accept that. finally later on i called him and asked him if he was going to back to school night. he said yes. i said that its kinda wierd when schools dont open up until tomorrow. then he said he would talk to me later and was very quick to get off the phone. i really dont know what to do or say. i dont want to end things again because the last time i did, i was the one that was hurt and then we got back together. this is just getting sooo hard. i dont know if i should just email him or what. when he called to apologize he knew i was mad. i told him that i dont understand why he brings my hopes up and then just crushes them. its not the first time he has done that. he said that why dont you just yell at me tomorrow face to face. he apologized and said that it was hard for both of us because of the situation we are in. i really dont know what to do. should i email him and let my frustration out?
RomanceClass.com AdviceMy advice is to respectfully, lovingly, and gently ask him what the heck is going on!
True love forgives almost everything and you may have a lot to forgive. But first get the truth out of him.
Tell him you don't care what it is that's causing the trouble but that you need to hear the truth from him.
Good luck!
